CINEMATIC LOVE

Phoenix launched her solo show “Paradisiacal Dreams” to express a soft, ethereal side in retaliation against her more abraisive, fiery Mars side which is encaptulated within’ the tempestuous, turbulent storm of the six-piece band. In 2024 Belle Phoenix joined forces with Jeffrey Wegener (Laughing Clowns, Ed Kuepper, The Birthday Party et al.). They formed a duo and released a limited edition CD entitled “DEMOlition” - A memento of their first time playing together. Phoenix & Wegener did a year of shows up and down the eastcoast of Australia in 2025. They supported Mick Harvey (Bad Seed) & Amanda Acevedo in Melbourne and SnarskiCircusLindyBand at Memo Music Hall (St Kilda). Joining the lineup on bass Ken Gormley of The Cruel Sea & Jeff Hooker (Kim Salmon), Bronwyn Henderson (Mick Harvey / The Spoils) to name a few.
