Mid 2025 a memento of their first time playing together was recorded live in Jeffrey Wegener’s drum room. The 4-track demo is aptly entitled DEMOLition, a homage to all things avantgarde.

Their lineup has included: Jeff Hooker (Kim Salmon) and Ken Gormley (The Cruel Sea) on bass, Bronwyn Henderson on violin, Osker Bickford aka ‘Wolf” (Brian Henry Hooper) on guitar, “Hunter’s & Collectors” founder Jack Howard on trumpet.

Others who joined the lineup are: Laughing Clowns saxophonist, Bob Freebrain, Bronwyn Henderson (Mick Harvey/The Spoils) violin, and Kevin McMahon (Ollie Olsen’s NO & Bigger Than Jesus…)

​Phoenix previously collaborated with Mark Plati (David Bowie, Lou Reed, The Cure) on her European release 'The Glorious Dead.’

Stationed in Finland during the covid years in isolation, Belle spent the time writing new material. She took driving courses learning how to drive on ice and released The Glorious Dead album on vinyl with Beast Records in France available via Belle Phoenix bandcamp

Phoenix lived for several years in Europe and played various shows with Chris Hughes of Hugo Race & The True Spirit / Crime & The City Solution on drums, along with Maria Zastrow (Kid Congo) on bass & Hezro Chetty violin.

As a trio supported Mick Harvey (Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds) & Amanda Acevedo.​​
